Arrival to appointment All required forms will be sent out prior to appointment via e-mail. When you arrive for your appointment: - Please Arrive 5 minutes before your appointment - Front Entrance is located between the entrace and exit of Shoppers Drug Mart. - Once at the doors use the intercom to the left of the doors. - Use the up or down arrows arrows on the intercom to find Humanity Wellness and press the call button located in the middle. - We will be able to grant you access into the building. - Elevator Press 3 once inside. Once on the 3rd floor follow the signs towards Humanity Wellness. - Stairs Follow the signs that guide you to Humanity Wellness on the 3rd floor
Cancellation policy: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the full amount of the appointment. ICBC patients are personally responsible for late cancellations or missed appointments, as ICBC cannot be billed in these cases
