Claudia grew up Figure skating and dancing in Toronto, which sparked her interest in the health and wellness field. She always knew she wanted to help people move and feel better through manual work. Claudia graduated from the University of Toronto in Kinesiology and received her massage therapy diploma at Sutherland-Chan school of massage therapy. I approach each person’s story with curiosity, compassion, and a trauma-informed, patient-centered lens. To me, massage therapy is more than hands-on care, it’s a practice that encourages resilience, education, personal agency, and a collaborative connection with the mind, body, and nervous system beyond the treatment room.

From a young age I’ve held reverence for the body’s complex wisdom. I’m especially passionate about pain science and neurology, and how patterns, both individual and collective, shapes our experiences in our bodies and health.

Patients describe my treatments as deeply attuned, restorative, strong and flowing. I enjoy working with everything from nervous system decompression to orthopedically rehabilitative treatments, to simply facilitating a reconnection with your body in a positive way. My philosophy is never to “fix,” but to listen, tactilely and with presence, to where imbalance may be showing up, and to guide the body’s natural capacity for restoration. Every body is different and comes with its unique history and context!

I graduated from the 3000-hour Registered Massage Therapy Program at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. My background as a competitive athlete, having studied art history and practicing as a ceramicist, and 20 years of studying yoga and meditation, all inform my perspective on movement, curiosity, attunement, and the body’s innate wisdom. I will always remain dedicated to ongoing learning through continuing education courses or reading current research, to continually grow and refine my practice.

In my own time, you can find me going to the weekend farmer’s markets, listening to my vinyl records, playing soccer and practicing yoga, or making ceramics.
